Musicbox not playing certain internet music streams

I have been using Pi Musicbox for a few years (currently have v0.7 RC7 installed). A few weeks ago the Kansas City station we usually listen to quit working. I contacted the station and they informed me that they had switched streaming providers and they gave me new URLs to try:
https://live.wostreaming.net/playlist/publictv19-ktbgfmaac-imc1.m3u
https://live.wostreaming.net/direct/publictv19-ktbgfmaac-imc1
https://live.wostreaming.net/manifest/publictv19-ktbgfmaac-hlsc1.m3u8

None of these worked in Pi Musicbox. There’s no message, it just doesn’t play. I can play these same URLs on my Lubuntu laptop using MPV or VLC media players. I don’t know what I need to add to make them work.
I also tried accessing the stream (KTBG - The Bridge) through TuneIn and get a message “No compatible stream”.

Did they change to HLS? The last link suggests they did. I’m sorry, we don’t support that format.

The last link seems to be different than the first two. I tried it again in VLC on my laptop and it crashes VLC. The first two URLs play fine in VLC. When I look at the codec info in VLC they both say
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Type: Audio
Channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 32
AAC extension: SBR

Thanks
