Smart playlists

Hi - I’m looking for some kind of “smart playlist” feature, for use with my local media library. Essentially this is saved searches, such as “all tracks newer than 1 year ago” or “all tracks in genre Hiphop with ‘red’ in the title”. I don’t see any discussion of that here or in the feature requests. Have I missed something?

(I’m using Mopidy with ncmpcpp primarily - willing to try other tools…)

Any probability?
I also want smart playlist, such as by folder name start with a prefix,
so that I can create playlist by artists or by collections automatically after update new file, and no need update playlist anymore

I installed mopidy-dleyna, it support browse from DLNA server, my DLNA server support smart playlist.
