I installed musicbox OS on my Pi 2 using a 64GB micro sd card. This card works fine as imaged as Raspian, but does nothing when imaged with musicbox. I am using musicbox0.6.img. I used Win32 Disk imager after formatting it with SD Formatter 4.0. Any suggestions? I am building the music box system in the August issue of Nuts and Volts Magazine.
Could you be more specific with what you mean with “does nothing”? What signals do the leds give you when you boot? Does bootcode.bin load?
I do not use SDformatter, however, my understanding is that by default et uses exFAT on larger SD cards. Try making it one large FAT32
