Hi got a pi music box installed with a cheap usb soundcard attached. Sound volume is set to 1 and its still to loud. Any ideas on how to get a normal scale from 1-100. Right now 1 is equal to 20.

Where do i find those file to edit? Telnet into the pi music box or?
Yep, ssh in and edit the file /opt/musicbox/setsound.sh.
That part needs some more thought in the long-term, I think we have an open issue about it on github.
