Hello
Everytime I change a setting i.e. output to hdmi, etc via the webinterface… I cannot reach the webinterface after reboot. (Raspberry Pi 2, ip-address remains unchanged). Ssh is still possible, but no UI in webbrowser.
Not sure how to fix this, help, tips are welcome.

Probably something Mopidy doesn’t like in the config file. Take a look in /var/log/mopidy/mopidy.log for any errors.
I do see warnings (about alsamixer) but no errors. Could it be that the web ui is unavailable while updating music library on start up, even if ssh is already possible?

Yes, scanning must complete before the Web interface becomes available. It
can take a while if you have a lot of songs or a network mounted drive.
