MSo since yesterday i created my first music streaming server with my raspberry pi.
I just have a question if it is possible to capture audio from my tv and stream them to other devices eg raspberry pi’s in my network ?
Also is it possible to choose which device to stream to from a web service or an app?

If you intend to capture the audio (or video) on a raspberry pi you’ll
require an external USB device and it’s not that straightforward. It all
sounds possible but it’s outside the scope of the Mopidy project. I think
you’d have better luck with a dedicated solution. Try posting on the
official raspberry pi forums.
