I use Emby as Multimedia library at home on my home server. Using it through their app or web interface everything can be a little slow. I went from MPD to Emby to come now to mopidy. What a great piece of software. It took me some time to understand to write a plugin but the other plugins are so well written i could fiddle myself around. Right now it supports browsing and playing. Next will be searching. You can find it here:
