the path to my music on my windows machine disk is:
\my_pc\K:\Music
what is the proper syntax to specify the path in musicbox->Settings->Network Drive ?
if I try //192.168.1.5/K:/Music
it doesnt seem to find it…
Linux doesn’t (at least by default) recognize Windows’ UNC (Universal Naming Convention?) paths, e.g.\servername\share. You have to jump through a fair number of hoops to get it to work. I’d have to do a fair bit of searching to remember what all I did to get it to work.
