Would it possible that a build for Onion Omega2 can be supported which is installable by their opkg package manager?
If it has gstreamer 1.0 and python available then you can install with pip. It’s up to the community to create a package for something so niche.
And with those system specs I think you’ll really struggle.
A lot has been packaged, almost 800 packages such as python3 but not gstreamer yet.
