Why I am getting this error?

I recently posted a query on this forum, But now it is showing this error- “ Our automated spam filter, Akismet, has temporarily hidden your post https://discourse.mopidy.com/t/issues-with-playback-after-updating-mopidy-extensions/5999/1 for review.” Could you please suggest me guidance why it is showing?

It’s not your fault, it has to be eager else we get loads of rubbish posted. As you see, soomeone has unblocked the post now.
