When using spotify connect the album I listen to gets requeued everytime it finishes and repeats!
Is there a way to prevent this, so that the album only plays once?
I am afraid not. This is currently an open issue with the Spotify Connect software that we use (https://github.com/plietar/librespot/pull/239).

Here’s the follow up question. I see that there is a pull request to fix that in the library, but the owner of the repo has declared he’s done maintaining it because he’s too busy. Am I right in guessing you’ll wait to see if anyone takes it over, and if not you’ll look to switch to another library as part of a future major release?
I am hoping somebody will as there is no suitable alternative library! It’s unfortunate it’s written in Rust which isn’t very common and it means there’s a real shortage of people proficient and sufficiently interested (maintaining reverse engineered code is not fun).
