Hi everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with Mopidy to create a simple music server at home, mainly to stream game soundtracks and background music while I’m working or playing retro games on my PC. Mopidy seems great for organizing and streaming music libraries, especially when running it on a small device like a Raspberry Pi.
Recently I started setting up a small retro gaming environment as well, and I thought it would be interesting to connect Mopidy with a retro setup so it can play classic game soundtracks while the system is running. While working on the emulator side of things, I was reading about PlayStation BIOS setup and came across this guide: https://ps2biosonline.com/ which explains how BIOS files work with PlayStation emulators.
I’m curious if anyone here has tried integrating Mopidy with a retro gaming setup or using it to manage game soundtracks. Are there any plugins or workflows you’d recommend for organizing and streaming game music more easily?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
