I have a raspberry pi running debian stretch, with mopify, with the spotify component installed. It seems to connect to spotify properly, the config doesn’t have any issues. The problem is that it doesn’t come up in the ‘connect to a device’ section of the ios app or the mac app, so I can’t actually stream to it. Am I being stupid?
I am afraid Mopidy-Spotify does not support Spotify Connect since Spotify stopped supporting their libspotify library which Mopidy-Spotify is based on. The only alternative is currently the totally separate librespot project (i.e. no integration with Mopidy). This project is entirely reverse engineered and mostly works.
