Rainbow screen when connecting to monitor

Hey everyone,

This is my second Pi project but I seem to be running into a roadblock. I’ve loaded Musicbox onto my SD card and it always goes to a rainbow screen when I connect it to a monitor. I’ve added boot_delay=1 to the config.txt file but it hasn’t worked. Does anyone have any help? The SD card also says that there is 56 mb of space, despite being 32 gb. I’ve reformatted it and reloaded the MusicBox image multiple times but it just doesn’t seem to be working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What type of raspberry pi are you trying to use?

Depending on the screen you use (little 5" hdmi inch) you may have to configure config.txt to use the resolution the screen needs to have. PLease check the manual of your little screen.
