Did you read the documentation? Specifically the warning at https://docs.mopidy.com/en/latest/ext/http/

Oh, sorry, I hadn’t seen that. I had it set to 127.0.0.1 but just changed it to 0.0.0.0 and still nothing.

I’m not sure if I had the same problem a while ago - sorted out here ANNOUNCEMENT: Mopidy Mobile 1.8.0 Android Beta it was to do with ahavi and python-dbus not being installed
