Is mopidy designed to stream to other devices

I can’t find a clear answer anywhere,

Is mopidy designed, to be used to stream to my Android phone?

I have a mopidy server setup and on my Android phone ive installed MPDroid and connected it to my mopidy server.

Now, when i play songs, the songs where played on the server…? My aim are to play on the Phone. How do i accomplish that?
