I cannot connect to network with musicbox on rassberry pi 2

i downloaded musicbox and installed it on my rasberry pi 2 but for the life of me i cannot get it to connect to the ineternet. it did once but never again. the usb dongle lights up but keep getting the message “waiting for network”
