HDMI audio Output to loud PiMusicBox

Hi.
I have big problem with my musicbox.
How can i store my alsamixer settings.
When i start play with initial sound on half i have wall of sound. is to loud.

To hear normal i must change volume control to far left near 0.

So can i change my alsamixer volume and store it?

alsactl store not work.
On reboot all settings is lost.

Something in https://github.com/woutervanwijk/Pi-MusicBox/blob/master/filechanges/opt/musicbox/startup.sh might be to blame for alsactl store not working as expected. But I’m not familiar with the startup script beyond knowing that it would be a good place to start looking.
