Docker Mopidy container accessing multiple PulseAudio remote servers?

Hello to all,

I’m currently using an MPD server connected via PulseAudio to several speakers in WIFI, and everything is working fine, but the usage is limited, compared to the possibilities offered by Mopidy.

So I searched in the Mopidy online documents to find an equivalent “multi-room” configuration, but I didn’t find anything! The multiple audio outputs that exist on MPD are not available with Mopidy?

Has anyone on the forum already implemented Mopidy in Docker with access via PulseAudio to remote speakers? Is this possible?

Hello!

I think you are looking for the snapcast audio extension if yes,
take a look here: GitHub - badaix/snapcast: Synchronous multiroom audio player

You will need Mopidy, Iris and then install snapcast, it works perfectly for multi room solution.

If you still looking for a Pulseaudio thingy I can not help.
