Hi,
Mopidy works on a Arduino yun with processor Atheros AR9331 (MIPS @400MHz) ?
Thanks
If you can get MIPS packages for the binary packages (mainly GStreamer 0.10) then I can’t see why not. But I have a hunch that the Linux SOC there might be a bit to constrained to comfortably run Mopidy.
Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
I checked if OpenWrt have a Gstreamer lib, I believe that yes (Open Wrt fix issue
You think that the processor (@400 mhz) is too lite ?
MPD is possible but not for mopidy ?
Thanks @adamcik
Chaos Calmer 15.05 at doesn’t have 0.10 packages, only 1.x packages. So you would need to wait of a version of mopidy that has migrated to 1.0 APIs. I also don’t see the python binding that are needed for GObject introspection. So I think you would have quite a bit of work to do if you want this all to work.
As for the HW, I would be more worried about it just having 64MB memory than the limitation of the processor. For comparison most people have had it run fairly well on the smallest raspis, but not great.
