Stream Autoplay between 8AM and 8PM

Hi, I only want to play a certain webstream between 8AM and 8PM, how would I do that?
I do not have a lot of internet speed which is the main problem … so it is more like turning
the PI on and off between those times
or turning the Musicboxes internet on and off
or the webstreams on and off between those times

Whats the smartest cleanest way to autosetup this for daily use?
