I am in the process of installing mopidy and snapcast in my server, where my music is stored. When I connect through my computer to mopidy-iris, iris shows up, lists the songs, but when I double click on them, the progress bar appears but no sound comes out of it.
I have tried several changes of configuration, yet nothing seems to play, and I don’t know if the issue comes from snapcast or mopidy… Any ideas on what to check?
First : check your mopidy config twice, ports, and ip to your snapcast server,
second check snapcast server config and readme at badaix/snapcast github
third check or edit your snapcast config in your snapcast client. so it points to snapcastserver ip
fourth, check mopidy logs.
fifth, in what os are you running?
if debian you have to run a command that allows fifo before you start mopidy, I come back with that command later.
and in browser you have to tick the box see red arrow
