Title. Stuck on loading screen.
I tested on iPad, and iPhone. these are all old versions, however, this may cause the problem. ( less than IOS11)
Have you just tried the default web browser? Maybe try Chrome or Firefox instead, if those are available. They will probably be more up to date, as the default browser is only updated with the rest of the OS.
I have only tried Snowbunny and safari, as Chrome/Firefox (and most others) are not available for IOS 10, usually 13+.
