Cannot get m4a file to add to library

Hi, I cannot get m4a file to add to library. gst-stream-error-quark: The stream is encrypted and decryption is not supported. Platform Raspbian Buster, desktop installed, kodi working. Gstreamer base, good, bad, ugly installed.

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ gst-inspect-1.0 | grep aac
voaacenc: voaacenc: AAC audio encoder
typefindfunctions: audio/aac: aac, adts, adif, loas
audioparsers: aacparse: AAC audio stream parser
libav: avmux_adts: libav ADTS AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) muxer (not recommended, use aa
parse instead)
libav: avdec_aac_latm: libav AAC LATM (Advanced Audio Coding LATM syntax) decoder
libav: avdec_aac_fixed: libav AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) decoder
libav: avdec_aac: libav AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) decoder
libav: avenc_aac: libav AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) encoder

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Thank you

So I have found out that the file is really encrypted. I burned it onto virtual cd via iTunes and Total Mountar and copied back to mopidy Audio files directory. Now it works.

Is that something to do with DRM?

Yes, it is DRM related.
