# New v. 3.3.0 doesn't log into Spotify

I have a Spotify Family Premium account, and it always worked with mopidy.

Since upgrading to 3.3.0, I now have this error:

```auto
[SpotifyEventLoop] spotify.session Spotify login error: <ErrorType.USER_NEEDS_PREMIUM: 15>

```

No way to use Spotify from mopidy (it works in Spotify app).

In Iris it seems authenticated:

I am running mopidy as a service. Is this link correct?

```auto
pab@pab:~ $ ll /etc/mopidy/mopidy.conf
lrwxrwxrwx 1 mopidy root 36 Feb 15 2019 /etc/mopidy/mopidy.conf -> /home/pab/.config/mopidy/mopidy.conf

```

Nothing to do with v3.3.0 and nothing to do with your config. Spotify support is currently broken. See [Mopidy failed to add tracks](https://discourse.mopidy.com/t/mopidy-failed-to-add-tracks/5459)
