# Artist and Track Info from TuneIn Streams?

Is there anyway to get artist and track info from TuneIn streams? I don’t care so much about the album name or artwork, but the artist name and track name in Now Playing would be great. I have tried multiple stations, but have not been able to get this info from any of them.

Hi, not all streams provide this data but for those that do, mopidy-tunein should use it. That may not be true of the version you are using in musicbox, I think it might have been an improvement I added at a later date.

Thanks for the info. Do you have a document on upgrading to the current version of mopidy without breaking the box? I am running the “stock” version 0.6 of MusicBox in my current setup. I am new to Pi MusicBox so I am not sure what I need to do. Thanks again.
